1. General Provisions

This Return Policy governs the procedure for returning and exchanging goods purchased on the website www.sortare.md.

2. Return Period

• The customer has the right to return goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the goods have not been used and their consumer properties are preserved.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or without original packaging are not eligible for return.

3. Return Conditions

Returns are possible in the following cases:

• Goods of inadequate quality were received;
• The goods do not match the order;
• There is a manufacturing defect.

4. Return Procedure

1. The customer must notify the company by email at info@sortare.md or by phone number listed on the website.
2. The goods must be returned to the address agreed upon with the company representative.
3. A receipt/invoice confirming the purchase must be attached to the return.

5. Refund

• Funds are returned to the same account/bank card from which payment was made, within 14 business days after receiving the returned goods.
• In case of return initiated by the customer (for example, wrong size or model), the customer bears the cost of return shipping.

6. Exceptions

The following are not eligible for return:

• Custom-ordered goods;
• Products classified as “hygienic” after opening the packaging;
• Promotional goods, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
